These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the PūrTONIX website and any purchase of products offered through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the PūrTONIX Privacy Policy, and the policies described on the Legal & Compliance page. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase products.

The website at https://www.purtonix.com is operated under the PūrTONIX name. PūrTONIX supplies peptide research reagents intended for laboratory research use only. Contact details are provided in the Contact Information section below.

All products offered by PūrTONIX are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes. Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.

• Products are not for human or animal consumption, injection, or any other form of administration.
• Products must not be used for self-experimentation, clinical use, or any purpose other than lawful laboratory research.
• PūrTONIX does not provide dosing, administration, or usage instructions for humans or animals.

Nothing on this website or in these Terms permits any use of a product that is unsafe or that violates applicable law. PūrTONIX may refuse or cancel any order it reasonably believes is intended for a prohibited use.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research purposes, and that you are qualified to handle research materials safely.

You are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to purchasing, possessing, storing, handling, and disposing of the products, and for providing accurate account, order, and shipping information.

PūrTONIX aims to describe products accurately, but product descriptions, images, and other website content are provided for general reference and may contain errors. Product-specific quality documentation is currently under review and will be published only when the applicable supporting documentation has been confirmed.

Storage and handling guidance may depend on supplier documentation. Product-specific analytical claims are made only when supported by applicable documentation.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when PūrTONIX confirms it. PūrTONIX may decline, limit, or cancel any order, including for suspected prohibited use, inaccurate information, pricing or product errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. If PūrTONIX cancels an order after payment, any amount paid for the canceled items will be refunded.

Online ordering is not yet available. Checkout is currently disabled, and no orders or payments can be submitted through the website at this time.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted, except in the case of an obvious pricing error.

Payment processing is not yet active. When it becomes available, payments are expected to be handled by one or more third-party payment providers, and the accepted payment methods will be shown at checkout. Applicable sales or other taxes may be added where required by law.

PūrTONIX currently ships within the United States only and does not accept international orders. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, are typically dispatched the same business day, excluding U.S. federal holidays observed by PūrTONIX. Orders affected by a holiday are typically dispatched on the next business day. Dispatch timeframes are estimates and do not guarantee a delivery date.

Delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, service disruptions, and other circumstances. If your shipment appears delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact support@purtonix.com for assistance. PūrTONIX will review reported shipping issues and work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with its published policies and applicable law.

Responsibility for products during shipping, including risk of loss or damage, will be determined in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Refund and Return Policy published on the Legal & Compliance page, which forms part of these Terms. PūrTONIX pays return shipping for eligible returns. Contact support@purtonix.com for return instructions before sending any item back. Returns must be approved before products are sent back, and not every return request will be approved.

You may request cancellation of an order before it is dispatched by contacting support@purtonix.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed to be approved. If PūrTONIX approves a cancellation after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the canceled items will be refunded. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled and remain subject to the Refund and Return Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Provide false information or impersonate another person.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the website, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or collect website content or data without permission.
• Resell products for human or animal use, or misrepresent them as suitable for such use.

The PūrTONIX name, logo, website design, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to PūrTONIX and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

The website may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, such as hosting, payment, shipping, or email providers. PūrTONIX does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the PūrTONIX website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PūrTONIX makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate website information but does not guarantee that all descriptions, images, documentation, or other content will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PūrTONIX disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded or where an express written warranty applies.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty, consumer protection, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PūrTONIX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the website or products.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PūrTONIX's total liability arising from a particular product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including any liability that cannot legally be waived or limited. This section does not limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PūrTONIX from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact support@purtonix.com so PūrTONIX has an opportunity to try to resolve the concern informally.

PūrTONIX may update these Terms to reflect changes to its website, products, services, or legal obligations. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
